Your feet should be a comfortable distance apart. This may vary from person to person, use what is comfortable for you. Your feet should also be square to the target. Your hips should be level. Your back perpendicular to the ground. Your shoulders parallel to the ground. Your aiming eye should be inline with your belt buckle. This will help with maintaining a straight line from your head down through your stance. Notice how this shooters back is not perpendicular to the ground? She is leaning back at the waist.
